Microsoft could think of the cross-play between PC and Xbox One

The vice president of Microsoft Studios, Phil Spencer, stated that it would make much sense a cross-play between PC and Xbox One. Spencer said he was aware of the difference, as regards checks and input between the two platforms and cited as an example Shadow Run, a title that allowed PC users to challenge players of Xbox 360. The vice president of Microsoft Studios has admitted the results are not satisfactory with the experiment, but the team was able to learn a lot from that experience. Spencer concluded by stating that, according to him, the connection between different platforms and devices, such as tablet, is the future towards which it is moving the world of video games.
